Soup – Chicken Leek Saffron Lemon and Barley Soup
Whole chicken is poached to make a rich and satisfying broth. Leeks and carrots are added with saffron, pearl barley and tuscan kale to round out this elegant but substantial soup.
Soup – Vegetable Harira
A Moroccan favourite, often a popular way to break fast during Ramadan due to its hearty and comforting characteristics. Traditionally a lamb based soup, this lighter version is great with a wedge of lemon and some flatbread.
Main – Coq au Vin with porcini and Madeira
Coq au Vin is a rich and flavorsome French chicken casserole, we add porcini and Madeira to add a complex and earthy profile to this timeless classic. This fantastic combination comes with lardons of high quality pancetta, mushrooms, thyme and plenty of red wine.
Main – Angus Beef Bourguignon
This classic French braise originated in the Burgundy region of Northern France. Its a hearty dish comprising of chunks of Angus chuck fillet, red wine, smoked speck, mushrooms, shallots and with our very own house made beef stock. This a perfect winter dish to go with our Potato gratin or mash potato.

Our lasagne is made with true passion for its origin. We use fresh pasta sheets, a béchamel rich in Grana Padano, and our wagyu and pancetta Ragu. This truly is a step up from your standard Lasagne.
Main – Cauliflower korma with curry leaf and black lentils with rice
Enjoy the subtle warmth and rich creaminess of our cauliflower korma. Cauliflower is tossed in spices then roasted before lightly poached in a creamy cashew rich sauce. We finish with black lentils to balance for texture. This vegetarian classic is terrific with a garlic naan or steamed basmati rice.

Indulge in the comfort of our potato dauphinoise, thinly sliced dutch cream potatoes are layered with grana padano parmesan, thyme, cream and garlic. During baking a luxurious golden crust forms. Great complement to our lamb shoulder or ragu.

Elevate your dining experience with our fragrant garlic jasmine rice. The jasmine rice is steamed then stir-fried with local garlic, sesame oil, crispy shallots, and fish sauce, resulting in a side dish that’s aromatic and subtly nuanced.
Bolognese pasta
This meticulously crafted sauce boasts Wagyu beef, free-range pork, and pancetta, simmered over hours with crushed tomatoes, herbs, and red wine, offering a gourmet twist to a beloved classic.
